Time Limited Zip-Code Based CityFHEPS Landlord Bonus

In late June 2023, NYC announced that they are providing a time limited zip-code based CityFHEPS Landlord Bonus. In addition to the other landlord benefits that CityFHEPS has, landlords in these certain zip codes in NYC will receive an additional bonus month of rent. In effect, landlords in these zip codes will receive 14 months of rent for a 12-month lease. NYC is providing this incentive because rents in these zip codes tend to be higher than in other areas of NYC. This bonus incentive ends on 12/31/2023.
