1) Active listings are up significantly: Realtor.com data from March 2025 shows that active home listings have increased for the 17th consecutive month, with a notable 28.5% rise compared to March 2024.
2) New listings are surging: March 2025 saw a 10.2% year-over-year increase in new listings, marking the highest March for new homes hitting the market since 2021.
